Seasonal Plan
Your card is charged when you enroll, so your first box is prepaid. It is charged again quarterly before each box ships, typically on March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1.
Annual Plan
Subscription renewal is charged once per year, aligned to the season you originally enrolled (for example: a Summer Box purchased in July would renew the following June, our summer anchor date). Seasonal anchor dates are as follows: March 1 (Spring Box), June 1 (Summer Box), September 1 (Fall Box), December 1 (Winter Box).
Box ship dates align with our Seasonal anchor dates:
Spring Box begins shipping in March, Summer Box begins shipping in June, Fall Box begins shipping in September, Winter Box begins shipping in December.
Seasonal Plan
We'll contact you quarterly before charging your card with the opportunity to opt-out. You can cancel anytime before the charge date by logging into your account or contacting customer service, 1-888-896-6398. Cancellations made after the charge date apply towards the following box.
Annual Plan
The yearly subscription is prepaid, and there are no refunds. Should you decide you do not want to continue with the Annual Plan, simply log into your account or contact customer service, 1-888-896-6398 to cancel. Please note: Cancelling will stop any future annual charges, but any prepaid boxes will still be delivered according to your yearly plan.
