Subscription Box FAQs

A FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse so you can count down 'til its arrival!

Your card is charged when you enroll, so your first box is prepaid. It is charged again quarterly before each box ships, typically on March 1, June 1, September 1, December 1.

Subscribing now enrolls you in a seasonal subscription. Each box typically ships on March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1. You can opt out at any time.

Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous United States and is $6.95 per box.

Sure thing! If you're sending boxes to different addresses, you'll need to check out separately for each box.

We'll contact you quarterly before charging your card with the opportunity to opt-out. You can cancel anytime before the charge date by logging into your account or contacting customer service, 1-888-896-6398. Cancellations made after the charge date apply towards the following box.

Because our subscription boxes are curated and packaged in advance, we are unable to accommodate changes or substitutions to the items included in each box.

Because our subscription boxes are packaged separately from other orders, we're unable to add any additional items.
