Subscription Box Membership Terms

Membership Terms:

Welcome to Margot Elena, where beauty is universal. We offer a membership for carefully curated subscription boxes designed with you in mind, down to the last enticing detail of each package. Please review these Margot Elena Box Membership Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Membership you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Memberships are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel or we terminate your account.

By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale.

1. Seasonal Memberships: A “Seasonal” Membership consists of an initial seasonal product box (each, a “Box”) and an additional seasonal Box sent out quarterly thereafter. If you sign up for a Seasonal Membership, you will be immediately billed $59.99 plus shipping (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and that season’s Box will be the first box you receive. The specific box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $59.99 plus shipping up to three weeks in advance of the subsequent seasonal box shipment date, and every season (so, four times a year) thereafter. Seasonal Memberships automatically renew each “Season” (i.e., calendar quarter) and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged as described above.

2. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships. In order to cancel your Subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at, indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions that we send you in response; (b) call us at 1-888-896-6398, indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions given. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be submitted 3 weeks prior to the recharge date. Seasonal recharge dates are March 1st, June 1st, September 1st and December 1st.

3. Membership Shipment & Returns: Each Box contains an assortment of product colors & scents curated by the Margot Elena Team. Some items in the subscription box are made exclusively for you. Once a box has been shipped it may not be returned or refunded.

4. Gifts: Members may choose to send their orders to a different address than their own (within the contiguous United States). Additional Boxes may be purchased, subject to quantity limits at the discretion of the Company (generally, 10 Boxes) with a reoccurring subscription.

5. Shipping: Subscription boxes are to be shipped via FedEx ground shipping and only offered to the contiguous United States. At this time, we can’t ship to PO Boxes or APO military mailboxes. Please keep your shipping address up to date at all times. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Seasonal shipments are as follows: Spring (March), Summer (June), Fall (September), Winter (December).

6. Data Transfers: As stated in our Privacy Policy we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.

As a Margot Elena Subscription Box subscriber, you will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in the Margot Elena Seasonal Subscription Box. Margot Elena Seasonal Subscription Box content is not for resale. Your purchase of the Margot Elena Seasonal Subscription Box does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at anytime. Should a violation occur, your subscription will be immediately cancelled.
