Does Margot Elena test on animals?
At Margot Elena, we never test our products on animals. Instead, we like to think of our studio as a “living laboratory” where we perfect our formulations by trying them extensively ourselves before sharing them with the world.

Can I get a list of the ingredients that are in your products?
Each of our personal care products has an ingredient listing on/in the packaging for your easy review.  As formulas may change, this is the best reference for the ingredients that correspond with your specific product.  Sometimes you might find other fun tidbits in our packaging too, like kissing tips!

I am a domestic retailer, may I sell your product?

I am an international retailer, may I sell your product?

What are the payment options?
At this time we accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What happens after I make a purchase?
Within a few minutes you'll receive an email receipt confirming that your card has been charged. Your receipt will detail the products you purchased, your subtotal, tax incurred, shipping charges, and any discounts you may have received.

COVID-19 | A Shipping Update & Note To Our Customers
Thank you for shopping with Margot Elena! Please note that due to continuing shipping challenges as a result of the pandemic and high order volume across the country, your shipment may be delayed a few days in arriving. We are doing our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while looking after the safety and well-being of our employees and all involved.

Standard Ground Shipping | 8-16 days
2-day Shipping* | 2-3 days
Overnight Shipping* | 1-2 days

*2-day Shipping or Overnight Shipping is only available for addresses within the contiguous U.S. and orders must be received by Thursday 12pm MT. Orders received after 12pm MT Thursday will be shipped on Monday (if not a Federal holiday).

Again, due to measures beyond our control we cannot guarantee delivery this year but we are doing our very best to get your beautiful items to you as quickly as possible. How will you ship my order?
We ship our orders via FedEx.

Restrictions:
We do not offer Two-Day or Overnight Shipping to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
Orders containing alcohol-based products cannot be fulfilled with two day or overnight shipping. All orders containing alcohol-based product will be shipped via standard ground and the expedited shipping charges will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
Orders containing alcohol-based products cannot be shipped to the following locations: PO Boxes, APO Addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii. All other orders for these locations will be shipped if applicable and perfume charges will be refunded back to the original method of payment.

Canadian orders
We ship to Canada via FedEx Ground once per week at a rate of $49.95 (includes shipping & duties).  At this time, we do not ship Subscription Boxes or offer rush shipments to Canada. Please note that a street address is required for delivery and it may take up to 4 weeks for the order to arrive at your address.

International orders
At this time, Margot Elena Companies & Collections only ships within the United States and Canada. Please call our Customer Service for shipping outside the USA at 1-888-896-6398, Monday-Thursday 8:30a.m. - 5p.m. MST and Friday 8:30a.m. - 12:30p.m. MST. At this time, we don't ship the Subscription Boxes outside the contiguous United States.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an item or order if it has not yet entered the shipping process. Please note that all orders are shipped within 2 business days.
