Broken caps but no response from ME

I love the scent and owned it previously. When I received my order the pump cap on the lotion was broken into tiny pieces. I called ME nearly 3 days ago without any return call. All I wanted was a new cap/pump for the lotion bottle. So now I have foil on top of the bottle and no way to get the lotion out. It’s very thick and doesn’t come out.
