If you're not satisfied with your Margot Elena products for any reason, give us a call within 30 business days of receiving your order, and a client services representative will be happy to assist you! The customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Upon receiving the product we will send the replacement product (at our expense) or issue a refund to the original method of payment on file. No returns or exchanges after 30 business days.
