If you're not satisfied with your Margot Elena products for any reason, give us a call within 30 business days of receiving your order, and a client services representative will be happy to assist you! The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the items. Upon receiving the product we will send the replacement product (at our expense) or issue a refund to the original method of payment on file. No returns or exchanges after 30 business days. If your product was bought from a third party, return it to the original place of purchase.
