The Margot Elena "WUTHERING HEIGHTS" Giveaway Terms and Conditions

SWEEPSTAKES Official Rules 

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

1. Eligibility  

The Margot Elena Wuthering Heights Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Margot Elena Companies & Collections, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., (“Warner Bros.”) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.  

2. Sweepstakes Period  

The Sweepstakes begins on 1/30/26 9am MST and ends on 2/8/26 11:59pm MST. Entries received before or after this period will not be considered. Winners will be announced 2/9/26 and codes can be redeemed starting 2/10/26. 

 

3. How to Enter  

To enter, participants must:  

  1. Submit their Instagram handle via online form at https://margotelena.com/pages/wutheringheightsgiveaway. 

  1. Provide a valid email address via above mentioned online form to be added to the Margot Elena email list.  

  1. Follow @MargotElena, @fandango, @wutheringheightsmovie on Instagram.  

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual/Instagram handle/email address will be disqualified.  

 

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) 

No purchase, payment, or social media engagement is required to enter or win. To enter the Sweepstakes without submitting the online form or following any Instagram accounts, entrants may email their full name and email address to infodesk@margotelena.com with the subject line “Wuthering Heights Sweepstakes Entry.” 
Entries submitted via AMOE must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. 

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. 

 

4. Entry Rules  

  • Entrants must provide a valid Instagram handle and a valid email address they personally control.  

  • Submitted handles must not contain offensive, infringing, or misleading content.  

  • By entering, participants grant Margot Elena Companies & Collections the right to use their Instagram handle and email address for the purposes of verifying eligibility, contacting winners, administering the Sweepstakes, and subscribing entrants to the Margot Elena marketing email list (entrants may unsubscribe at any time).  

 

5. Prize   

Four (4) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive two (2) Fandango Movie Tickets and two (2) Wuthering Heights x TokyoMilk Dark eau de parfums. 

 

  • Fandango Prize Terms: Limited time offer. Each Fandango promotional code (“Code”) is good for up to $15 off (total ticket price and associated fees and charges) the purchase of one movie ticket to see Wuthering Heights at participating Fandango theaters in the US. Valid only for purchases at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app. Code is void if not redeemed by 4/30/26 or when Wuthering Heights is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. Non-transferable. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. Offer valid for one-time use only. Limit two (2) Codes per person.   • Margot Elena Prize Terms: Limited-time offer. Once winners have been selected and notified via e-mail, Margot Elena will ship two (2) limited edition Wuthering Heights x TokyoMilk Dark fragrances (retail value $144.00) to each of the four (4) winners. Fragrance prizes are not for resale.  

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification  

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email within three (3) days of Sweepstakes ending. If a winner does not respond within ten (10) days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.  

 

7. Privacy  

Information collected (such as Instagram handles and email addresses) will be used for administering the Sweepstakes and for adding entrants to Margot Elena’s marketing email list. Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Margot Elena Collections and Companies' Privacy Policy.  

 

Margot Elena Collections and Companies’ Privacy Policy outlines how personal information is collected, used, and protected. Participants are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before entering the Sweepstakes.  

 

Sponsor’s email list:  By participating, entrants will automatically be added to Sponsor’s mailing list and e-mail distribution list.  For information on how to opt-off of such lists, participants should mail a request to: 6890 S Emporia St Centennial Colorado US 80112. Or, send an email to infodesk@margotelena.com, or by message at MargotElena.com. Opting-off of such lists will not affect a participant’s chances of winning.  

 

Margot Elena Companies & Collections will not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties unless required by law.  

 

Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information by contacting Margot Elena Companies & Collections.  

   

8. Disqualification  

Margot Elena Companies & Collections reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms, tampers with the entry process, or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.  

 

9. Liability  

Margot Elena Companies & Collections is not responsible for:  

  • Any technical errors, lost or late entries, or unauthorized human intervention.  

  • Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.  

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Denver, CO, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.  

  • The arbitrator(s) shall be appointed in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, including legal fees, associated with the arbitration.  

  • By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants waive their right to bring any legal action against Margot Elena Companies & Collections and its affiliates in any forum beyond the arbitration process.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes or prevents Sponsor from awarding the prize as planned, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

 

10. Instagram Disclaimer  

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram of any responsibility.  

 

11. Fandango Disclaimer 

Each winner will receive two (2) Fandango Promotional Codes (“Code”) via e-mail. Limited time offer. Each Fandango Promotional Code is good for up to $15 off (total ticket price and associated fees and charges) the purchase of one movie ticket to see Wuthering Heights at participating Fandango theaters in the US. Code must be entered at checkout. Code is void, and can no longer be used, if not redeemed by 4/30/26 or when Wuthering Heights is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Void where prohibited. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid in U.S. and D.C., excluding U.S. territories and where prohibited by law. One-time use only. Non-transferable. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie ticket with Fandango’s associated fees and charges included is more than Code’s maximum discount, then user must pay the difference. 12.  Release of Liability  

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree, for themselves and for their heirs, executors and administrator(s), to release, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Warner Bros., Fandango Media, LLC, Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees from any and all actions, claims, liability, damage, injury including death, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or any activities related thereto).
