How Do We Ship Your Orders?
We ship our orders via FedEx. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO Addresses
Restrictions: Orders containing alcohol-based products cannot be fulfilled with two day or overnight shipping. All orders containing alcohol-based product will be shipped via standard ground and the expedited shipping charges will be refunded back to the original method of payment. Orders containing alcohol-based products cannot be shipped to the following locations: PO Boxes, APO Addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii. All other orders for these locations will be shipped if applicable and perfume charges will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
When Will I Get My Order?
Orders will be processed for overnight shipping on the next business day, except Fridays. Orders placed Fridays before 12:00pm MST, will be processed for overnight shipping on Friday. Orders placed Fridays after 12:00pm MST will be processed for overnight shipping the following business day. Our ground shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for your order to arrive at your door. To determine the delivery estimate, we allow 1 to 2 business days for processing after you place your order. Once your order ships from the Margot Elena warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout. For example, overnight delivery will get your package to you one business day after the processing is complete.

Ground: 7-10 business days
2-day: 3-4 business days
Overnight: 2-3 business days

We ship to Canada via FedEx Ground at a flat rate of $25.95. It typically takes 8-12 business days for your order to arrive at your door. Please note that a street address is required for delivery and we do not offer rush shipments to Canada at this time.
